This event is affiliated with British Eventing and is part of the Advanced Event calendar in the UK. There are two full days of competition comprising of dressage, show jumping and cross-country events at Pre-Novice, Novice and Advanced level. More than 200 horses and riders will compete each day and include some of the best known national and international riders based in the UK including Olympic, World and European champions, past and present. The venue, Brockenhurst Park with its 250 acres of historic and magnificent parkland attracts several thousand spectators each day who are well catered for in a tented village with trade stands and all day refreshments. Spectators are free to walk the cross country courses laid out in the park. The event makes a great day out for enthusiasts, novices and families in the height of summer in idyllic surroundings.

We are seeking sponsorship in several areas, offering various opportunities in which companies or individuals may gain recognition. We have set out the various options on the accompanying information sheet, but briefly, you may sponsor a complete section, in either/both the novice or the advanced competition; a single cross country fence - one of which is the two jump water complex or the show jumping arena. Such sponsorship includes 2 luncheon invitations to a private members marquee, and inclusion of your companys message in the live commentary. In addition, you may wish to advertise in the programme, or to set up a trade stand in the "tented village". We are also able to arrange private hospitality marquees for your company and corporate clients, or cater for informal picnics in the park, both of which have proved enormously popular on previous occasions.
